very rare sample item meaning that specs were changed for final production, or that it never made it into production at all. sample items do not indicate fabrication on the tag, but it is made from an extra heavyweight wool-like material with exceptional warmth and a weighty sense of drape. its moss green tinted tonality and texture add to its rustic, irregular sensibility, and the contrast buttons round it off with a nice accent. i find a 3 button front on a coat quite boring these days, and this 4 button configuration makes for a taller silhouette with a more interesting look. the ultimate winterweight coat in for those that already have basic options in the wardrobe. recommended for size medium and up.
