standout piece of tailoring from the first y's for men collection presented on the paris runway, highly sought after by collectors. prior to this season, y's for men was shown to smaller audiences as a showroom floor presentation. this era of the label was more elevated in fabrication and detail, with more distinctive seasonal direction that echoed the mainline collection. warm fabric with a brushed texture and a slightly fulled, wrinkled appearance with excellent texture. oversized, boxy proportions with a witty sensibility. very rare sample piece, meaning that it may have details or construction that was not put into official production. the size and material are 'unknown' due to this, but having owned other pieces from the same collection in the same fabric, i can safely assume that it is 100% wool, and fits like a size 3 / medium, with slightly larger proportions.
