Relaxed cut denim in medium-heavyweight selvedge cotton denim with hand painted bleach treatment. Features a full length overlong leg, button fly, 5 pockets, leather patch, and spotted horse logo tabs at back pocket and left bottom hem.

Special item from the early - mid '00s released as part of the offline exclusive Y's at Work capsule. Created in collaboration with denim specialists Spotted Horse Craft, where a single artisan hand paints bleach marks for each piece from start to finish for a truly exclusive wash with outstanding attention to detail. Around this era many spotted horse jeans were showcased in the runway with a deep single cuff, so the intention for these may be as such. The wide waist also allows them to be worn at a wide range of levels either higher or lower. Finished with the individual craftsman's mark (a cow's skull in this case) and Y's at Work stencils at the inner pocket bags. Because these are a regular / slightly relaxed cut jean graded up to a larger size, the proportions are not overly wide apart from the waist. I personally love how these disrupt the notion of "correct" sizing, which to me is half the fun of Yohji's garments - unexpected surprises in silhouette and proportion that result in an off beat sensibility.
